Laser
Welding
Since the
foundation of Hygrocontrol in 1993 we are offering laser welding to
customers parts. For this purpurse
we use a NEODYM-YAG laser of 75 Watt continuous power output and
extremely good beam quality. Most
applications are pressure tight welding of sensors which are already
calibrated and encapsulated in stainless steel, welding of
noble metals, parts of Tantalum and Titanium without any additional
material. Our long experience in laser welding enables us to join even
very thin to very thick materials without shrinking problems.
